Foundation: CoreSelf Program

Our concept for the CoreSelf is the creation of a “CoreSelf Learning Pod,” made up of the student, faculty advisor, social worker and a community mentor.

CoreSelf aims to bridge the gap from high school to college and on to a professional, career experience. Using a strength-based approach, students will develop their sense of self identity, purpose, grit and drive.

General education credits are embedded within the CoreSelf program that utilize computer based learning, Pod meetings, and one-on-one sessions.
